Our Philosophy

Given the fact that most facial growth and orofacial habits are formed before the teenage years, it is most important to visit with an orthodontist at a young age to evaluate these important milestones.

More importantly, it is essential to visit with an orthodontist who understands and values the impact EARLY care can have on BREATHING, SLEEP and of course the SMILE.

The Three M's of Practice

Orthodontic practice within or combined with a Pediatric practice offers some challenges to conventional thinking. The most obvious is that Pediatric dentistry is procedure driven while Orthodontics is process driven. The differences are immense especially when building out a team and other infrastructure. For a guide to practice arrangement, we utilize the 3 M's to assist in organizing thoughts.

Testimonials

Jerald S. Altman, MD

Board Certified Otolaryngologist
I have had the pleasure of working with orthodontists, such as Dr. Grob, who prioritize airway evaluation in their comprehensive treatment plans. His commitment to understanding the intricate connections between dental alignment and airway health has made a significant difference in the overall dental and airway health of our patients.

Collaborating with otolaryngologists, Dr Grob has demonstrated a holistic approach that not only addresses the orthodontic needs but also considers the breathing patterns and sleep quality. This partnership between specialists ensures that patients receive the best care possible, enhancing both dental aesthetics and functional health.

It should go without saying that I recommend this integrated approach to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment. It truly exemplifies the strength of teamwork in healthcare, leading to optimal outcomes for our patients.
